We just returned from our daughters’s wedding. We spent 5 days and wish we’d have stayed longer. The wedding was magical! The resort was fabulous. The staff was fantastic and everyone was extremely friendly. Can’t say enough good things about the place!

Hola! This is a pre-stay review. I will update the review after we stay. We are going in 2 weeks. Family of 4 and are so excited! When I booked initially, we had a family emergency and the exceptional management and travel advisor Leonardo Ramirez lived up to the Velas name and customer service! He walked us through rescheduling our stay and has literally walked us through every step and question any person could have about a vacation. I would highly recommend working with their travel advisors when they reach out. They are so helpful and make the booking experience seamless and offer subperb rates. We have previously stayed at the Grand Velas. We are looking forward to a beautiful, much needed vacation at the Grand Velas sister property, Velas Vallarta!!! We hope it is as incredible and lovely memory making as every other family vacation at Velas properties. Gracias, Leonardo Ramirez.
