We stayed a week and the only negatives I could comment on are the fact that there is really no lobby bar or place to grab a drink before or after dinner. The lobby atmosphere is really not inviting for this currently. The other item to note is that there really is no fitness center. They have one room accessible only through the spa that has one treadmill and one elliptical and that’s it. It is only open after 9 AM. Even with those two negatives I can’t give this resort anything less than 5 stars. It’s beautiful, well kept, rooms are luxurious, location is great and the staff is incredible. Would absolutely stay here again.

Buen lugar y servicio

Me gustó prácticamente todo de este hotel. Las instalaciones, las habitaciones, la alberca, la limpieza, el servicio, desde la recepción, la gente de restaurante, camareras, meseros, ambiente muy familiar, en fin. A mi me fue muy bien en general. A 15 minutos del aeropuerto. El único pero que yo tuve fue en la comida. En sabor es regular, nada destacó para mi, pero es aceptable. Fue mi primera vez en Vallarta y me llevo un buen sabor de boca tanto por el hotel como por la ciudad.
