What a great resort

We just returned from a week at Velas Vallarta with our two children (ages 3 and 5). This is a great place to take your family. The hotel is very clean, the service is great and the activities for children are plenty. The kids pool is perfect for small children. We have been to a lot of hotels and this one we will definitely return to. Highly recommend it.

Wonderful experience!

Very clean, gardens beautiful. I cannot believe how attentive the staff is. I felt they would do anything for you: from front desk to the pool waiters.

Wonderful Stay!

Overall we had a wonderful stay and we truly enjoyed our time. The entire staff was wonderful and the hotel is beautiful. Very well kept grounds! Very clean, cleanliness is one of our favorite features here. All staff were gracious and polite.
