What a great resort

We just returned from a week at Velas Vallarta with our two children (ages 3 and 5). This is a great place to take your family. The hotel is very clean, the service is great and the activities for children are plenty. The kids pool is perfect for small children. We have been to a lot of hotels and this one we will definitely return to. Highly recommend it.

Excellent Service

We had a group of 9 at the resort April 3-10. We had a great time and enjoyed wonderful service from all the resort personnel. Special thanks for Marcelino Jarquin and Saul for going above and beyond to make our dining experiences most enjoyable. Room service, housekeeping, and grounds maintenance were also very impressive!

Fantastic experience

The resort is clean and very well maintained. We had 2 young kids and found it to be a very family friendly resort. The staff were very helpful and courteous. There are three pools, one of them a kids pool. The kids were sad to leave. We will definitely come back.
