Excellent Service

We had a group of 9 at the resort April 3-10. We had a great time and enjoyed wonderful service from all the resort personnel. Special thanks for Marcelino Jarquin and Saul for going above and beyond to make our dining experiences most enjoyable. Room service, housekeeping, and grounds maintenance were also very impressive!

Employees were very good and we want to mention as very good: Theresa from housekeeping, Carlos from La Ribera, Oscar and Pedro from Andrea, Victor and Geraldine from Concierge, and Rocío.

Excellent Staff!

All of the staff was very helpful in assisting with all of our travel need. Housekeeping was very helpful. Antonio was the best, I really appreciate all of his help. Thanks to all.

Expectations exceeded

There were too many wonderful, pleasant staff to mention! We felt very well taken care of, totally relaxed and felt that staff were ever ready to smile, converse, etc. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. Food for dinner was FANTASTIC! Great service, food, drinks. We were very impressed- exceeded expectations. Would love to come back!
