We came to Velas Vallarta as a family for my parents' 80th birthdays. Everyone at the resort was so friendly and helpful during our stay. The resort is well kept and clean. Our days were mostly spent lounging by the pool where we were very well taken care of by Rogelio almost every day there. He always greeted us with a friendly smile and took such good care of us. By the end of the week he remembered our orders and was always prompt. Every night the restaurants went above and beyond to make each meal special and help us celebrate. We left with wonderful memories!

What a wonderful vacation my family had! The resort was beautiful. The staff was so eager to please you. The food was really good and exceptional in the finer dining restaurant. The drinks were great and top shelf alcohol. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. The beach was right there and beautiful. The marina, shops, and excursions just a few dollar cab ride away. I feel like we got such good quality service and amenities for what we spent it just can't be beat. I highly recommend this resort for families and couples alike!

This resort is fabulous! We have been to many all inclusive resorts but none can compare to Velas Vallarta. We were there for 8 nights for our daughter's wedding. We had a group of 60 people and everyone agreed this place is awesome! The hotel was not full and they upgraded every one of our guests. What a wonderful touch! The resort is gorgeous. You feel like you are in a botanical garden. The grounds are immaculate! It has three pools, one large pool with a swim up bar, volleyball area, and lots of spots with tanning beds and benches that are perfect for small children to stand on and play. The Second pool is a quieter one and the third pool is a child's waiting pool. The lazy river is really just a short connection between the two pools. The service was impeccable! I do not think I have ever been at a hotel/resort with better service. The food was fabulous! Both restaurants serve breakfast and you can either order off the menu or do the buffet. We ate all of our lunches around the pool. There is a pool menu but they will bring you whatever you want. The menus at the two restaurants change every night with a different theme. There is also 24 hour room service. The one bedroom suite is very large and spacious with a beautiful balcony. They even have turndown service in the evening with chocolates on your bed. I would highly recommend this resort.
