Beautiful hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Best place we have stayed. The staff was excellent. We enjoy the best turned down and the chocolates! The entire staff at Velas deserves this award.

Great gardens and scenery!

We did enjoy our stay. Friendly staff, excellent food, nice gardens and scenery. All staff in both restaurants were very helpful.

Excellent Staff!

All of the staff was very helpful in assisting with all of our travel need. Housekeeping was very helpful. Antonio was the best, I really appreciate all of his help. Thanks to all.

Higly recommended!!

We are very impressed with 3 of your members of the hotel Israel, Carlos, and Jesus. I have never received better service in my life. I highly and I do mean highly recommend all. Everyone is very nice.
