Excellent Staff

Employees were very good and we want to mention as very good: Theresa from housekeeping, Carlos from La Ribera, Oscar and Pedro from Andrea, Victor and Geraldine from Concierge, and Rocío.

Muchas gracias!

All the services in hotel restaurants and the beach have been excellent and appreciated. Mariachis are excellent. We have appreciated each theme dinner. We will definitely come back!

Expectations exceeded

There were too many wonderful, pleasant staff to mention! We felt very well taken care of, totally relaxed and felt that staff were ever ready to smile, converse, etc. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. Food for dinner was FANTASTIC! Great service, food, drinks. We were very impressed- exceeded expectations. Would love to come back!

Great hotel!

Overall, this was an awesome vacation from top to bottom. Be proud of your whole staff! Our favorite was Martha at the lobby bar, awesome!
