This year was our 14th visit to Velas. It is always excellent in all matters, love coming here. The men at the entrance were very helpful and enquired every day as to my husband´s progress in the hospital. Donald in Guest Service is a kind, efficient, and patient gentleman. Thomas, the Andrea chef is excellent, also Andrea, the omelet chef. Graciela and Ana Lilia from housekeeping, excellent. Thank you for your warmth and family atmosphere.

Exceptional service. We brought our 3 daughters to celebrate 40th wedding anniversary- they had never been exposed to anything like this. You will be talked about for our next 40 years. Dinner last night at sister property- fabulous.

What a wonderful Place. The Velas from start to finish was amazing. The food was so good and varied which does not always happen in an all inclusive. The presentation like a 5 star restaurant. The resort it self was beautiful tropical and lush. The cleanest place I have ever seen. An Army of people were always cleaning everything in site. The views were amazing The pools were perfect. The party pool sometimes a little loud but we were able to sit at the other pool and have quiet. The most wonderful thing about the Velas Vallarta is the staff. Nowhere in the world have I come across such attentive , caring and well mannered people. We loved Martin Jesus Teodoro at the Beach Restaurant. Francesco and Enrequie at the Andreas Restaurant. A special shout out to our amazing pool waiter Marcelino who always went above the call of duty . We will never forget the 'Gasolina" Carlos also was awesome at the pool. But really we loved them all. The Mariachi band were also great entertainment.
