We have stayed in many places in Mexico over the years, but for us, this is the best. It is quiet! It is very close to the airport. It is characterized by a happy and very friendly staff.

First time at an all inclusive. How good was it? We will be back next year! Service was outstanding. If we needed anything they were there to help. The rooms are not new but we're well kept. The linens were exceptional. Saw whales from the beach. The upscale restaurant was outstanding.

Velas Vallarta is by far the best all-inclusive resort we have ever stayed at. The property is absolutely beautiful and impeccably maintained, and the level of customer service from everyone was outstanding. I would especially like to thank and recognize Ernesto and Antonio from the Andrea Restaurant. We have a child with autism who can sometimes become overwhelmed and struggle with emotional regulation. From the very beginning, both Ernesto and Antonio were incredibly thoughtful, patient, and genuinely willing to accommodate our family’s special needs. They went above and beyond, often anticipating what we needed before we even had to ask—something that is truly rare and deeply appreciated. The food was excellent and full of flavor, with both à la carte options and buffets available at all times. Overall, we absolutely loved our experience at Velas Vallarta and will definitely be returning as soon as we are able.
