We spent a week here with our 14 year old son and 12 year old twins. The resort is beautiful with a jungle like feel, big pools and outstanding staff. The service was incredible with all the staff working to make our stay was the best it could be. Concerns were dealt with immediately (we had an issue with our AC but they looked after it right away and followed up to make sure we were happy). All the servers were friendly and attentive. The food was excellent and there was something for everyone. The beach was beautiful and the kids loved playing in the waves. I appreciated the attention to detail – the grounds were kept clean, the food/beverage was consistent. The only thing I didn't like was how people reserved chairs. I believe the policy is that you aren't supposed to and I know staff did try to keep it from happening but people did it anyways. We came down at 7:30am one morning and all the chairs were already reserved by the quieter pool. Other than that, it was excellent.... the best family vacation we've had and we can't wait to return!

Very nice resort. Grounds were immaculate. Service was always very good. We requested late check out when we checked in and it was granted immediately. Beds are very comfortable. Food was as good if not better than other All inclusive resorts. This is definitely not a party resort. It’s great for kids. There’s a kids club that runs multiple daily activities. We never had any issues getting tables at the restaurants or getting lounge chairs by the pool. There always seemed to be plenty of options.
