Great resort! Outstanding service. Location very clean. Staff very courteous and nice. Fine dining. Easy transportation to get around town. Offers a lot of amenities for tours and entertainment. Would recommend to anyone!

The service in the restaurants and by the pool make this an excellent choice for an all inclusive resort. The views were stunning. We traveled with a group and enjoyed poolside games, and water volleyball. Try the carrot truffle cake at Alejandra's. It is awesome.

I have been coming to Velas for over 10 years and by far this was my best trip yet. The staff were so helpful and nice. Specifically Leo at the Andrea Restaurant made my morning everyday. He has such a great personality and was always on top of anything we needed. Some of our best times were spent having breakfast together because of the staff at Andrea. We always enjoy the food, the pool and the views, but this time just felt extra special. We can't wait to go back next year!
