I really liked this resort. I went with 4 other friends and we had a great time. The service was amazing - I never wanted for anything. They have 24 hour room service, which goes over well in the middle of the night. The service at the pool bar was great. Jackie and Ivan were AMAZING and always got our group whatever we needed. The resort also was very helpful when we lost a bag. Every staff member we gave our room umber to knew we were looking for a bag and kept checking in with us about it. We eventually found it, but it was just really great for them to keep checking on us. The rooms were clean and the cleaning service was always on point. If we needed anything the resort staff was there to assist us. They were very patient with our questions and made sure we had a great time as a group. The resort does allow kids, so it can seem very family-friendly at times and there isn't much to do beyond dinner time, but they are a short cab ride to the Malecon area where there's bars and nightlife.
