Thank you thank you!

Arrival was outstanding! No waiting for transportation to the resort, no waiting at check in, and our room was ready in 20 minutes. The best quality about your resort is all of your employees. Each and every staff member was polite, friendly, helpful, and professional. I wish I could name each one that made our vacation outstanding in every way. It was wonderful that your management chose to host a Super Bowl party. That was much appreciated. Loved the massages on the beach!

Everyone has been most helpful. The wedding was exceptional; food was superb, excellent service! Jacinto, pool waiter was very good and Ana María and Gilberto helped with the wedding on the beach.

The best service!

The overall warmth, professionalism of all your staff is impressive. Service is absolutely the best, wherever you walk in the resort you are greeted with a smile, very satisfied. Thank you. Maids do a wonderful job. The girls at the spa are wonderful, very clean relaxing atmosphere.
