What a wonderful Place. The Velas from start to finish was amazing. The food was so good and varied which does not always happen in an all inclusive. The presentation like a 5 star restaurant. The resort it self was beautiful tropical and lush. The cleanest place I have ever seen. An Army of people were always cleaning everything in site. The views were amazing The pools were perfect. The party pool sometimes a little loud but we were able to sit at the other pool and have quiet. The most wonderful thing about the Velas Vallarta is the staff. Nowhere in the world have I come across such attentive , caring and well mannered people. We loved Martin Jesus Teodoro at the Beach Restaurant. Francesco and Enrequie at the Andreas Restaurant. A special shout out to our amazing pool waiter Marcelino who always went above the call of duty . We will never forget the 'Gasolina" Carlos also was awesome at the pool. But really we loved them all. The Mariachi band were also great entertainment.

We had our wedding at Velas Vallarta, we decided to have an intimate ceremony and reception. Even when my husbands family was a little bit sad about our decision, we went ahead and plan the wedding. I didnt have to worry about anything, Fabiola our wedding planner was in contatc with me by e-mail and I send her all my ideas and I change my mind a thousand times and she was always happy to help. We arrive to Vallarta the day before of the wedding at night, so the only time I had to meet with Fabiola was Friday morning, I asked for mariachi last minute, I forgot my undergarment for the dress and they help me finding everything. We were so blessed of having our wedding at Velas, we enjoy every minute without having to worry about anything. My mom and & spend the day at the SPA, while my husband and parents were at the beach. We had an excellent photographer hired by Velas and the only think we can say is that our wedding was perfect and they made us feel like royalty. Thanks Fabilola!!!!
