It was our firts time in Mexico at all and we enjoyed it a lot. I went with my family , two adults and two kids (2 Y old and 6 y old) and we definitely loved it. The Restaurants are just great, food was amazing super delicious, we had two options Andrea and Ribera and they have differents menus so we tried all those options. Crepas in the lobby was a Bump!!! Room was very clean and room service spectacular. My son who is 6y was asking everyday to spend time in the kids club and the girls over there in charge were super nice and lovely with the kids. Hoping to go back in the future. Our special thanks to Mr. Rigoberto one of the persons in charge at Riviera's restaurant he was very charming and took his time to give us recommendations about where to go in Pto. Vallarta.

We stayed at vellas and had the best time. Mercalino was our waiter by the pool and he is the best! He saved us a table when we said we were going to be in an excursion and would not be at pool in time to get a shaded spot. The room service was excellent and so was the service at the restaurants. We can not wait to go back!
