El hotel es muy hermoso, la comida wow deliciosa, cada día era diferente en el menu de cena, el servicio a la habitación wow super delicioso! todo lo que probamos estuvo maravilloso, nuestra estancia fue increíble que extendimos mas días, solo hay varios puntos que quiero mencionar, en la habitación la cabecera olía un poco a humedad y para rellenar el refrigerador no pasaban diario :( las albercas frías para mi gusto, solamente el rio estaba agradable en temperatura pero nos encanto! pero en todo lo demás, comida, servicio y atención wow ame el hotel, sin duda regresaríamos!! 🙌🏻🙏🏻🤩

Nicest people

Room: we stayed in the deluxe 1 bedroom with ocean and pool view. The room is modern, functional and spacious for a family. Although we did have an issue with our original room; they resolved it quickly. Property: The grounds are lush and beautifully maintained. Amenities: The pools and activities were super fun! The kids and adults loved it. You need to mark your chairs early like most places. Food: Andrea restaurant was our favourite and the pool side dining options/room service were consistently good. We had a not so great experience at Ribera on our first night but no issues after that. The menus rotate and we never felt there was a shortage of options. If you have picky eaters, there are plenty of “kid food” options at every meal. The restaurants offer al a carte and buffet choices. Beach: we enjoyed walks on the beach but it is a bit rocky at some parts. Location: you are about a 10 minute walk from the Marina but about a 30 minute drive to downtown PV which we didn’t mind. You’re only 10 mins from the airport. Tip: Don’t use “VIP transport” that the hotel arranges from the airport. Overpriced and chaotic (we had to wait ages at the airport) We would absolutely stay here again.
