We stayed here from 2/18/26 to 2/24/26. They took great care of us and made us feel safe through the cartel attacks. They even comped our suite for the extra night we had to extend to secure a flight out of the country. Thanks for the hospitality.

I am writing to share my experience at your hotel this past Sunday February 22;2026. We were standing on the street - exposed to the possibility of violence for 1 hr and a half with no shelter , friends or a way to get back to our condominium. Out of the blue came a lady -Monica from your hotel to offer us refuge in your lobby till things got settled. We sat there from 11:30 till 5:30 before accepting the roads were still closed and getting a room with you. Her compassion and your hotels gracefulness made this experience the best that could be under the circumstances. We’re back at our condominium today but could not wait any longer to express my appreciation to Monica and your management team. Thank you again Rick Leszczynski
