We came to Velas Vallarta as a family for my parents' 80th birthdays. Everyone at the resort was so friendly and helpful during our stay. The resort is well kept and clean. Our days were mostly spent lounging by the pool where we were very well taken care of by Rogelio almost every day there. He always greeted us with a friendly smile and took such good care of us. By the end of the week he remembered our orders and was always prompt. Every night the restaurants went above and beyond to make each meal special and help us celebrate. We left with wonderful memories!

Our wedding at Velas Vallarta was an unforgettable experience, thanks to the remarkable staff and our amazing coordinator, Michele! From beginning to end, every detail was carefully handled, allowing us to fully enjoy our day without a single worry. Michele was a true lifesaver. She acted as our brain on the wedding day, keeping track of everything so we could stay focused on each other and our guests. She reminded me of my bouquet, made sure guests were seated on time, and handled any small issues that came up. Her dedication and expertise made the day feel seamless. The entire team at Velas Vallarta made us feel like VIPs, constantly going out of their way to create a warm, welcoming experience. Throughout the resort, everyone remembered us and our guests, greeting us with congratulations before, during, and even after the wedding. The staff at the Andrea restaurant often greeted our guests by name, which added such a special, personal touch. The wait staff was exceptional—always attentive and checking to see if we needed anything. They even brought water to me on the dance floor, which was such a thoughtful gesture! They also went above and beyond for my mom, accommodating her dietary restrictions with a customized meal just for her. One of the highlights for me was the flowers. I had requested hydrangeas, which can be tough to keep fresh, but they looked amazing and held up beautifully. My bouquet stayed picture-perfect for days afterward, which was such a delight. Lastly, a special thank you to the salon team, who saved the day by fixing my mom’s nails on our wedding day at no charge. This last-minute gesture showed just how much they cared and made us feel so valued. Thank you, Velas Vallarta, for making our wedding everything we dreamed of and more! We truly felt like VIPs, and every moment was filled with care and joy.
