Followed by drinks and a dinner of Surf & Turf Skewers, Tostadas and Ceviche, the grand finale of the evening is a locally inspired decadent cake. Pictured, an elote (corn) cake dressed in Mexican chocolate icing is topped with exotically-flavored macarons and truffles that can be personalized by preference. Tres leches with agave honey and passion fruit cheesecake are also available, plus traditional chocolate, vanilla, and carrot cake.
