With incredible vistas of Puerto Vallarta and the Sierra Madre Mountains, La Ribera serves delicious Mexican, Spanish and international cuisine, including fine cuts of steak, fresh seafood, delicious gourmet burgers, sumptuous salads, mouthwatering ceviches, and authentic Mexican dishes. La Ribera offers a bountiful breakfast buffet, a la carte lunch, and speciality and themed dinner menus.

Mexican Fiestas at Velas Vallarta -

Every Sunday starting at 6:30pm, enjoy an unforgettable evening at the best Mexican Show in the area. Allow us to serve you with the traditional hospitality that Mexico is known for, as a mariachi band and Mexican folk dance surprise you with music and romance. For those who wish to take home a memory of Mexico, numerous artisans display their work during the event. As a complement to the festivities of this gala night, we invite you to enjoy a wide variety of dishes at our gourmet Mexican buffet- our dessert table is an event in itself! After the festivities, we invite you to the Lobby Bar for a traditional Margarita.

For more informal and fast service while lounging by the pool or enjoying a day of family activities, Velas Vallarta's Snack Bar serve a variety of delicious snacks, such as hamburgers, hot dogs, nachos, guacamole, and ice cream. The Sanck and Ice Cream Stations are located at the pool area just next to La Ribera Steakhouse.
