Since May 1995 to Present, our all-inclusive resort in Puerto Vallarta has been awarded the Certificate of "H" Hygiene Award for its hotel restaurants - Andrea Gourmet Restaurant, La Ribera Steakhouse, Alejandra Gourmet, Aqua Bar and Alhambra Lobby Bar.The Tourism Ministry (Secretaría de Turismo), in coordination with other public, private and social organizations, promoted since 1990 a program called H, identified as the Tourism and Health Program. This program was oriented to a quality culture generation, with hygiene and safety in the preparation, management and manipulation of food offered in establishments of Food and Beverages throughout the country.

Since August 2005 to Present. The hotel business has a new system of environmental certification recognized worldwide as one of the best in terms of sustainable development programs.
