Puerto Vallarta Golf Courses

Marina Vallarta Golf Club. Marina Vallarta’s beautiful 18-hole, 6701-yard golf course offers long fairways lined with palm trees and guarded by water and small, well-manicured greens. The par 3, 13th hole is alongside the ocean and is a nice challenge. One of the most difficult courses in Puerto Vallarta, your game will demand premium accuracy.

Vista Vallarta Golf Club. Tee off at Vista Vallarta’s two spectacular, world-class golf courses. Located on high elevation, the professional 18-hole Jack Nicklaus course, which has garnered worldwide recognition since hosting the 2002 EMC World Cup Championship, treats golfers to breathtaking views of Puerto Vallarta, the Marina and Banderas Bay. Grassy hillsides, dense forest of palm and giant ficus trees, natural creeks and arroyos create an idyllic landscape for this course. Situated on the lower end, the 18-hole Top Weiskopf course features extreme terrain with dense jungles, deep ravines and swift creeks. The masterful design blends the elevations and natural land features into an incredibly playable experience. Mayan Palace Country Club. Located in Nuevo Vallarta, this is a fun 18-hole course to play, though bunkers and water hazards are everywhere. The #14 signature hole is a beautiful 166-yard, par 3 with the ocean on the left and a lake on the right.

El Tigre Golf Club. Located in Nuevo Vallarta, this lengthy 7,239-yard course is protected by traps and water throughout. The mammoth finishing hole is the par 5, 621-yard “Tiger.” Most golfers find it untamable because water runs all the way down the left side of the course and the multi-tiered green is surrounded by sand.  [Top]

Flamingos Golf Club. Located in Nuevo Vallarta, this traditional-style, par 72, 6,452-yard course enjoys the reputation of being the easiest to play because of its wide-open fairways.

Four Seasons Golf Club. Located 30 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta, this spectacular course has eight picturesque holes bordering the ocean. Hole #3, called the “Tail of the Whale,” is a 194-yard, par 3 that plays across the ocean to a rocky island green.  [Top]
